Give me a happily-ever-after fairy-tale and I'll fight you every step of the way, but give me a tragic, grief-ridden story and I'll let it consume me.

Crime and Punishment - Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Richard Pevear, Larissa Volokhonsky Can anyone tell me which translation of Crime and Punishment is better? I've heard Garnett, but I've also heard Pevear and Volokhonsky's was "the only translation of this that captures the original". Help please :)
